Huaris One Mobi is an innovative product in the category of metrology systems for laser beam diagnostics. The stimulus for the creation of a new laser beam profilometer was the fact that in everyday laboratory practice or in the work of technicians carrying out service work on laser systems, uncomplicated, durable and handy devices are needed. The result of the validation tests performed is obtaining confirmation of the highest level of accuracy of the laser beam measurements.

Thanks to the Huaris software supplied with the profiler, you will be able to view the beam distribution in real time in 2D and 3D. In addition, it is also possible to observe linear cross-sections. A color palette can be applied to highlight the delicate features of the beam. The 3D view is interactive. You can also freely change the viewing angle - enlarge or reduce the view. Cursors (vertical, horizontal and free hand) are special tools dedicated to manual measurement of specific features of the laser beam.

In order to synchronize the measurement with an external trigger signal, our profilers are equipped with a hardware input that allows the profiler to be synchronized with the moment of laser pulse emission.

The automatic mode has been designed in such a way as to obtain optimal settings of the device's operating parameters as soon as possible at the beginning of the measurement and for automatic operation in the long term. Measurement of the stability of the position of the laser beam in space is an important operation that allows you to estimate the possible precision of the processes in which the laser beam is used. This measurement also allows you to assess the quality of the laser work. This measurement is performed by monitoring the location of the center of the laser beam intensity distribution in the Cartesian and polar coordinate systems. Location coordinate statistics are also calculated.

The profier we offer enables automatic generation of measurement reports in the form of a pdf file. But that's not all - you can also save a video or photos showing the cross-section of the beam, as well as save 2D and 3D views in graphic files in BMP, JPG, PNG format.

The results of the beam width measurement are parameters in accordance with the ISO 11146 standard. For the Gaussian beam, these are: FWHM, 1/e2, 1/e, 4σ for the horizontal and vertical directions. What's more? The measurement of elliptical beams is also standardized. In addition, it is possible to measure the Lorentz beam as well as statistical moments.

DNC is a unique dynamic noise correction technology developed by Perspectiva Solutions. In order to maximize the measurement accuracy in our device, we used methods and algorithms that correct the noise in real time. Manual calibration is carried out only the first time after installing the profilometer softwar All noise corrections are carried out in the next step automatically and in a way that does not burden the user.
